Return Policy

Thank you for visiting Bowlingdelights.com.  We work hard to provide a “Delightful” shopping experience for our customers.  We believe in providing clear policy guidelines so that we can set clear expectations for our customers, and hold ourselves accountable to the “Delights’ Promise” of delivering the best quality merchandise to our customer’s door.  Please review the information below related to our Returns policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Please follow these instructions if you wish to return or exchange your product(s):

  • Review the BowlingDelights.com policies before contacting customer service to answer any frequently asked questions.
  • BowlingDelights.com must be contacted within 30 days of receiving the package for it to be eligible for a return or an exchange.  All returns or exchange requests may be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee.
  • In order for a return to be properly checked in to our warehouse, a prior approval and a Return Authorization # is required.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  This may be obtained by contacting customerservice@bowlingdelights.com or calling 1-877-777-2646.  Please include order #, product and quantity you wish to return/exchange, and reason for return/exchange.  A representative will respond to your message within 24-48 hours.
  • BowlingDelights.com takes great care in packaging the merchandise so that you receive it in pristine condition at your address.  We would like you to take the same care in packaging the return item in a secure box, and write the RA# on the outside.
  • It is recommended to return your item via a carrier service that uses package tracking information for your records as well as ours.  Straight returns and package refusals are subject to a 15% restocking fee per item returned.
  • At BowlingDelights.com we make every effort to make your purchases the most affordable as possible.  The customer will be fully responsible for the shipping costs incurred by BowlingDelights.com to ship any exchanged item back to the customer address.
  • Please include any product that was purchased as a promotional item(s) with the original transaction when returning the original item; otherwise the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged Items

  • In order to receive a full refund of the Damaged item and the shipping cost, you must contact our customer service team at 1-877-777-2646 within 7 days of receipt of package before returning the item to us, and we must be able to validate the damage/defect.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with an RA#, a prepaid return label and shipping instructions. Once we receive the item and have validated the damage/defect, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs in compliance with the “Delights’ Promise”.
  • Refunds will be issued either in the original form of payment used to purchase the item, store credit, or replacement item.  For the replacement item, BowlingDelights.com will pay for the shipping costs of the new item.
  • The customer must save all original packaging including packing materials to reseal the package for return.  Damage claims will not be processed if the item is not in its original packaging.
