SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Thank you for visiting Bowlingdelights.com.  We strive to provide a “Delightful” shopping experience for our customers.  We believe in providing clear policy guidelines so that we can set clear expectations for our customers, and hold ourselves accountable to the “Delights’ Promise”.  Please review the information below related to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping & Handling Options

Most approved* orders  are shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse.  Most expedited orders received before Noon EST are shipped the same business day.  Expedited orders received after 12 p.m. (Noon) EST on weekdays (Monday through Friday), or on weekends, or during government and select religious holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey using standard (ground) shipping.  Customers have an option to receive their orders via expedited shipping method by selecting the option during the check out process.  The expedited shipping options available are 3-day, 2-day, and overnight delivery.

The following restrictions apply to our standard shipping:

  • Most of our shipments require a physical address as they are delivered by UPS and USPS.  APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be sent via USPS option as expedited shipping is not available for such addresses.  Since some rural route addresses are charged extra fees by the carriers, the customer will be notified if their shipping address is in this zone, and the total shipping and handling charges that will be incurred before the order is processed.
  • BowlingDelights.com will make every effort to keep our “Delights’ Promise” for shipping customer orders by the promised delivery date.  However, it will not be responsible for delays resulting from inclement weather, operational/mechanical failures by the delivery service, union strikes, and other unpreventable delays out of the control of BowlingDelights.com.

* Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to two business days.  BowlingDelights.com has the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

Shipping Method

In order to fulfill the “Delights’ Promise”, we use a variety of carriers in order to provide the best shipping rates and delivery times for our customers.  These include:

  • USPS - mostly used for standard and some expedited orders.
  • UPS – used for some expedited orders.  For shipping to a PO Box address, please provide a physical address in case the package can only be delivered via UPS.

International Orders

Almost all of our products are available for international customers. If you need assistance, please contact customer service either by calling 1-877-777-2646. or via email to customerservice@bowlingdelights.com.

All international orders are shipped via U.S. Mail.  International orders usually require the payment of brokerage, duties and/or taxes to the destination country.  All applicable duties and taxes assessed per international trade regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of placing an order.  Any non payment or refusal by the customer will be charged back to the customer via the same payment method used for placing order with BowlingDelights.com.  The total shipping and handling costs will be calculated and emailed to customer. Payment for orders must be made in US Dollars and charged via acceptable credit cards, or customer may choose to wire funds directly to the bank account.

Shipments of up to 10 lbs. in weight shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands require Special Delivery Services, and will result in additional handling charges that will be added to the customer order.

Please note that international orders may have a longer processing time than domestic orders as it requires preparation of additional documents.  Please allow 14 to 21 business days for delivery.   BowlingDelights.com provides expedited services for international orders upon request by phone.

Oversized Items

Certain items that require special packaging due to its larger size will be subject to an Oversize Delivery Charge. These items are noted in the item description page at the time of item selection. The additional shipping charge will be added to the total shipping and handling cost for the order.

Order Tracking

BowlingDelights.com will make every effort to keep the “Delights’ Promise” of ensuring that the customers receive their orders On time with Correct items in Correct quantities and in Right condition.  However, please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation.  We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

Orders that are shipped via a trackable method (such as UPS, USPS) will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

  • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
  • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
  • If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance at 1-877-777-2646. or via email at customerservice@bowlingdelights.com.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 7% will automatically be charged on the merchandise shipped to New Jersey residents only.
